Le sigh

I have a sinus headache. So begins day 2 of non-smoking. It makes the head hurt. I coughed up nasty lung-clogging crap this morning in the shower. Yeah, that is how I started my Monday. Now it’s time for work.

Well I think we should all support eachother on this monkey-driven wagon. Surprisingly, my happiest and least stressful attempt came when I tried with friends.
I am going to start a non-smoking support group. We need a name, and a t-shirt. I like the monkey idea…hmmmm

You can steal the evil monnkey from Family Guy, but give him a cig in his mouth. He would point at us in an evil way. It would work
