Shit! WTF?! well, no symptoms have occurred…I will keep my fingers crossed for everyone (including myself) who thought it was safe to eat fresh spinach!
Since you posted about this back on the 15th, I have avoided it; although relcutantly, as I had to force myself not to order spinach enchiladas this weekend.
keep in mind that a lot of people dont wash the vegetables that they purchase in the grocery store, thinking that they have been cleaned already. all veggies should be cleaned with hot water and a mild soap free veggie wash(in my opinion) be they wrapped in plastic or fresh…
i dont like spinach anyways. ewww.
