My middle expands, in spite of watching what I eat. I’m not exercising nearly enough. It’s frustrating. I’m not in a good mood.
I’ll just go drink my coffee.

Does biking help at all? The first weekend I biked – and granted, it was mostly uphill – I lost 3 pounds.
