Naked New Years? That sounds dirty…but fun. I’ll have to write that one down for the future.

Do you think you’ll be able to do something Saturday night? I haven’t heard from Chris as to whether or not Scott can but let me know.

I think so, but it will have to be later. We have a family obligation that JUST showed up so…. we gotta do what we gotta do. Wine and dessert? A movie? Something?

If your lungs are up to the task, you should try it. Music is a must to zone out too. I prefer loud heavy metal, but thats just me being an odd person.
I think the principle behind it is you are too clouded to think about your ability or inability to do something, there for you just do it. I grab the iron, I move the iron, there are no thoughts of “Is this too heavy?” or “Wow, I’ve never done the 90s before.”
Quite liberating. I equate myself to Jon Stewert on Half Baked, I’m all about enhancement.
