I'm interested in finding out how the four are cylons and what makes them different. And if we assume that Starbuck died then the whole subplot about her destiny that has been building since season one is completely pointless. Baltar had to go into hiding, but I'm sure he won't stay hidden long. And the second cylon/human baby isn't special because he wasn't the first. it will be interesting to see how Cally deals with the news considering her feelings toward the cylons.
