Methinks earthquakes…and lots of rain. Being on the West coast, I am going to assume there is an earthquake issue. Beyond that…a few dormant volcanoes a ways off. No place is perfect, but I am very very tired of the whole “hurricane” thing… no more for me, thanks!

Earthquakes and the potential for a few volcanoes. Mt. Ranier is the closest I think, but I don’t know for sure.
