I think it has a certain charm. I like the fireplace area and the sunroom, but I would invest in some white paint and redo the tub… I would also ask the landlord person what the restrictions are on “upgrades” for the house? you know like …can you paint? can you retile the kitchen counter? by the way… I think that you guys could get creative and redo the tile in there the way that you like it without causes freak out sessions with the LL..

See, that’s why I don’t think we should take that house. Some freak, out of my worst nightmares, will bypass the dogs and get me while I’m sleeping or something. Floodlights…that’s the only solution.

Thanks love! I like clawfoot tubs, but this one looks possessed, I think.

My sister loved the house, which is what makes it so hard for me to be so dismissive of it. Oh well.

That house is definitely… interesting. clawfoot tubs scare me; like it will start walking away while I’m in it. If it were me, I’d hold out for something not quite as creepy but I know you’re on a time limit. I wish you luck in finding something!
