Pistachio the Pumpkin

That’s his name. He’s cute. He has teeth. I like him.
I hadn’t carved a pumpkin in years, but he didn’t turn out too badly. D drew the face and I did all the carving work. I realized after we had finished that: A- the beagles like Pumpkin seeds B- Misquitoes like pumpkin flavored Erica C-Pumpkin innards are bloody nasty. But all in all it was a good experience. I would advise anyone who is looking for a good gourd right now to take a gander at Publix. They have them for 4 bucks! I paid 10 times that for pumpkin patch pumpkin. They are good quality and there is no guess-work on the price. I think we will go back and get a couple more. I had too much fun carving the thing.
We got most of the costume stuff for the party. D and I are going to be Romans (he’s a soldier, I’m a bitch in a toga). I am really looking forward to the party. I know it will be small, but I think we will have a good time. I’m still not completly sure who is coming, but I know I will be there with a blue toga on.
