		<description>It's really not THAT hard to be strict about it, because D and I are doing it for moral reasons. But I love to bitch about the hidden wierdness in foods. Like gelatin in Pop-tarts. I still haven't gotten over that one. 

They are tricksy, those food people. But if anything, it's made me more concious and careful. But I like whining about it none the less.</description>
