Serranos make MUCH better salsa anyway.
Are they safe?
Also, it turns out cilantro kills many strains of salmonella, so if you make your salsa with enough of that tastiness, you’re probably safe. Probably….

But I don’t like cilantro! Oh well, I shall try salsa with Serranos…. but if it sucks, I’m coming to get you !!!!
