   Great article.

   What’s important is that people view animals this way. The PETA way is a bit extreme, imho. PETA claims, if you read way into their documents, that pet cats, dogs, etc. are ’slaves that need to be freed’.

   I’ve always dreamed of having a ranch with plenty of domesticated animals and lifestock to treat well and enjoy. There’s an amazing peace that can wash over you when you see how an animal responds to human compassion.

   They are extreme, but people pay attention where they may not have before, and that’s important.

   I want to free the farm animals and let them roam around a nice plot of land without the burden of production hanging over their heads.
