It’s the Dogfather’s birthday! Sent him a birthday wish, or some money…money is good…remember that!
I didn’t get all that I wanted accomplished today, but I am in class….and the only reason I am in class is because Vanya asked me to go…otherwise I would be playing hookey again…
So… more trials with the landlady. I finally got her to respond to the whole “hey, we aren’t on a lease” thing….and so she wants to set up a time to do a walktrhough before we resign. Okay – that pisses me off royally!! What in the hell does she think we have been doing at the house – bashing down the walls??? It makes me feel like she doesn’t want us there, that we arent’ trusted to live there without incident. I think that’s horseshit. We have been easy tennants, in my mind. So, what’s with the babysitting crap ?? Ugh. So, we have to clean the house and make it all pretty so she can see it on Saturday….Some days I just want to own my own house….

You should own your own house. Even if you decide to move out of state, houses sell fast here, it would be easy to grab your equity and run.
