Washer and Dryer

Sometimes it’s the mundane things that matter.
Finally they were delivered. No more laundromat. No more scrounging quarters from the change jar. I can pop onto the porch with a load of wash and Poof! It’s done. Okay, it’s not quite that easy, but it feels like it.
Got the paper back from Humanities. Said my thesis was weak and I need to rework the citations. Sometimes that man pisses me off but he liked the idea for my paper. (How sexuality and sensuality influence the life of the Romans) Thank god. I figure sex sells, even with upstanding professors with PHD’s.
Not really into going to class tonight. Not into a lot of things, really.
Getting anxious about hearing from OUC. God, I need that job, and that job needs me. It’s perfect! Gimme gimme!. Nick was kind enough to give David a tentative lead on a job.
Spent last night downtown carousing with Jess, Mr. July and Kat. Saw some old faces. Made a friend or 2. Realized I have a new favorite beer, I just can’t remember what it’s called (yes, typical Erica).
Time to take a nap before class.
David if you read this – I love you.

Dammit, the duelling David commentary could get confusing.

I fail to rock as I read “bar” and not “beer.” Likely as a result of too much beer.
