The return

I am back to work this morning, after taking yesterday off due to a later than anticipated arrival home.
I’ve got so much to write about, so much to share about my time in Chicago, but all of that shall have to wait until I get out of class tonight. Yes, today I return to the hallowed halls of Rollins. I am looking forward to this semester if for no other reason than it brings me closer to getting the fuck out of Florida. Chicago was a tantalizing taste of what a big-city should be. I fell in love with the El. I fell in love with the huge park off of Lakeshore Drive. I am just in love.
It’s good to get back to the old routine, though. I walked the fuzzies this morning. And I arrived to the office politics going full force. So, we shall see how this week plays out.
