Yes, I am spoiled.

D, being the sweetest husband in the world, bought me a new game for my PSP. The theory is that I need game time to balance the madness of school and work. I agree. But, I would since I am a total game junkie. I even brought my PSP with me to work today, hoping that I could find some time to goof off (not likely). MediEvil is quite fun, although I am just starting out. I shall let you know how happy I am with the new game. I was disappinted in Untold Legends. I loved Diablo and Diablo II, but this really didn’t take me to the happy places like those games did. I don’t know. I guess I am more into jumping around and shooting stuff. I like guns. I want more Ratchet and Clank, personally. But I heard there is a PSP game coming out based on Jak and Daxter, but it only involves Daxter. He was the best part of that series anyway. Ahhhh… I love games.
My Chrome bag came yesterday. It’s SWEET!!! I’m soooo happy. I got the cellphone holster too, so hopefully I can keep better track of where it’s at. The mini-metro fits my laptop, my iPod box (it has my 15g and my shuffle, plus headphones and the power plug) my wallet, random chick-junk and a place for a water bottle. I am going to steer away from purses. They rarely possess sufficent room for my whims, when I feel like I need to carry both books and my camera, or when I am shopping and need a bag full of water bottles. I need flexibility in a bag, and my loverly Chrome bag supplies it completly. D wants to get another big one, so that he can have his “own” bag. We are going to have 3 messenger bags from Chrome by the end of it. But I do have to say, they build the best bag I have ever used!
I’ve spent the week reconnecting with my friend Nicole. We went to Pine Forest Sr. High in Fayetteville. I remember her green VW, which required her to pop the clutch to get the bloody thing started. We had good times, the two of us. And I really thought we would have kept in touch. But, time tears asunder all you build, leaving you to exact some kind of satisfaction from the ruins of long-gone relationships. So, the e-mails have flown to and fro. She’s not where I expected her to be. I really thought she would have gone off and done something utterly grand, but she lives in Wisconsin and is quite happy. She’s moving to a town with 450 people. It reminds me of Germany, that kind of sparse population. But, I had lots of reading to do and nothing in my schedule but school. I think as an adult, I would go apeshit. Although, the internet is quite entertaining. Still, I think I shall have to at least live near a city. But, it’s great catching up. One of these days I will make time for a phone call…..
Class tonight. Exhaustion. But I’m a happy tired Erica. And I want sushi for dinner (I know, what a shock!)

Hey, do you mind bringing your chrome bag with you on Saturday? I want to show Jason it because hes trying to decide which bag he wants for his iBook. Pretttttty please. Also I need to talk to you about slackertown. I just got the reviews section up and I wouldn’t mind it if you put some reviews of things like MediEvil up on there. Only problem is it is currently IE Only editing. We’ll talk about this later but I think that would be cool.

I will not be in attendance for class this evening… I think that cold that Julie had has gotten a good firm grip on my throat and sinuses. I cant breathe and swallowing is painful. Hot Tea is lovely.
I have a Dr’s appt also soooo….. PLease take notes and email them… I will e mail Leslie (teacher extraordinaire) and let her know of my absence and send her my mock up for the paper.
I think that I am gonna get a PSP for Nick for Xmas. he would like something like that I think. He loves the Jak and Daxter games. We have two of them I think.

Frankie – yeah, I will bring both of them so he gets a sense of the variation in size (because it’s pretty extreme). And we can discuss Slackertown stuff when I see you on Sat. If anything I can write the stuff, and you can post it since you hate us Safari users (grrrrr)
Hollie – I will take notes and try to remember to e-mail them to you.

ummm, well, ummm, I hate to break this to you, but, ummmm Word is a Microsoft product.

And you can’t blame web coders, most of them just aren’t creative enough to do anything outside of IE, they prefer to let Microsoft tell them what they can and can’t do.
(hee, hee, I couldn’t resist. I tried…very hard, but could not.)

You’re so going down for that David. I was thinking of trying to port the content editor over to Safari so you could join in the goodness, but now thats just screwed, and honestly the reason why its so easy to work with IE (cause I was thinking about this last night) is because Microsoft actually did one hell of a job documenting there application. I can go one place to find out anything I want to know about how to develop for IE. Apples developers corner just isn’t as spiffy…and yes, I’m lazy so
