I’m the shit!
I just went running again.
My calves are very unhappy, but I’m still smiling.
I think this may become a habit I can keep (it can replace my smoking anyday!)

FYI, a friend of mine here in Orlando had a heart attack a week ago at the tender age of 42. He’s all right, but it’s worth noting he’d been a non-active smoker.

The smoking thing shall end soon as well. I’ve got a few goals that I am striving for right now, so bit by bit I will get them!
