Payday

I didn’t run last night, I ran errands instead.
My library book wasn’t late, it was, however, on the shelf. I feel vindicated.
I didn’t sleep last night thanks to a manic snap (think I got 3 hours of fitful-shut eye)
On edge today.
No more coffee after 5 in the afternoon for me.
Or I will get decaf.
My friend at work got me a 25 dollar gift card to Panera.
She’s trying to support my fattening-sandwich habit.
People are very chatty today.
I wish they would shush.
If it rains when I get home, I am taking a nap.
Then I am going to the library.
I need something to read.
On a side note: Battlestar Gallactica on Sundays, anyone?

I saw that your movie Serenity is coming out on DVD sometime this month… didnt it just hit the theatres?

It hit the theaters in September. I think the 9th to be exact. They know that the big money is in DVD’s so after it didn’t do so well in the theater they quickly moved to the DVD release.

Reason #3 to keep up with running: You can eat as many fattening sandwiches as you want.

Everyone buy Serenity!! That’s an order! And yeah, it did okay in the theatre, but I think many people caught on too late. The DVD sales of the series remain steady, so I hope the movie does well.
I like reason #3. I think I will not work late and run. I need to make running the priority.
I think I should be the president of that council!! tee hee hee!

Its not running that you are making a priority… it is taking care of yourself that has become your priority… running is just a reason to get the hell outta there.

I love Peanut M&M’s, and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

As Chairman of the Board of Runners Who Eat Too Much Pizza and Buffalo Wings, I can attest to the fact that running doesn’t automatically make you healthy. At least there’s less guilt involved. And they have pills for reducing cholesterol. Always nice to have a safety net.
