Italy’s crumbling treasures This made me sad. I feel like I need to rush over there right now so David can take in the splendor of the past.
Researchers Find Barbie Is Often Mutilated And I thought I was the only one that did this! Damn!
Helping you get the most out of DirectAdmin and your web site! More stuff to utilize for the other projects in my life.
The Firefox Hacks You Must Have I use Firefox at work, but not at the casa with my Mac. It’s been all buggy on the Mac for some reason (and I don’t think it’s user error). But it is invaluable at work, I must say.

ya know.. I refuse to let Chloe have a Barbie.. because I think that they present an unrealistic look at what a woman is supposed to do/be/look like.
I mean… astronaut Barbie is a joke.. so is Vet Barbie and all the other ones that they have out there. If Chloe wants to see a real female astronaut I will take her to Kennedy Space center. She can see pictures of Christa Macauliff and all the other women that have and are still in the program. If she wants to see a female Vet… I will take her next door to the neighbors house (she is a vet) Doctor, she can see her Aunt Angela.
Show me a Chunky Barbie.. I hated them when I was a kid and I used to make her “beautiful” by cutting her hair and coloring all over her and then digging little holes in the ground and burying them. isnt that sad!

I was a fan of Gi Joe, Castle Grayskull and Star Wars action figures personally…but I never mutilated the one barbie I had…I did however use her as the 50 foot woman (compared to GI Joe that is) and she would bring terror everywhere she stomped.
I am leaving now….see you tomorrow, E!

Thanks for the links E. I especially enjoyed reading about the WITI community. I think I will join once the grants come in January.

I thought you would like that one, Anne. It’s a great community. I heard a podcast with one of the memebers and she sounded really on the ball and interested in the further reaches of technology in the world of women.
Yay Cat is almost here!! woo hoo!
I think Barbie’s just a right of passage, kind of like your first period.
